I’ve never had a facial before, what should I book?
We recommend to book a custom facial as your first treatment to analyze and test the sensitivity levels of your skin. This way, we can create a proper treatment plan for future skin solutions.
Why do I have to input my card information?
A valid credit or debit card is required upon booking, but is only charged if cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment or not showing up. You will not be charged upon booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. This applies to no-shows as well.
Should I shower before my service?
It is recommended to come to your facial clean, as showering after your treatment would take off the finishing product. If you are receiving brow lamination, you cannot get your brows wet for 24 hours post treatment so it would be ideal to shower beforehand as well.
What should I tip?
Like any personal service, anywhere from a 15-25% tip is appreciated.
What if I’m late?
If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we will be forced to reschedule AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED AS A NO SHOW. this is an appointment-only facility, meaning there would not be enough time for a full HIGH QUALITY service.

Can I book a treatment for my child?
At KayBeauty the minimum age limit is 12 for acne treatments, facials and brow waxing. You must be 18+ to book chemical peels, tinting or brow lamination. I ONLY TAKE MINORS THAT HAVE BEEN REFERRED BY A CURRENT GUEST.
